i AM ALLERGIN TO POTATO SINCE LAST 4-5 MONTH, I AM TOTALLY AVOIDING POTATO AT HOME & OUTSIDE BUT WHENEVER I AM EATING FOOD OUTSIDE SOME TIME THE ALLERGY ACTIVE & THE ICHING STARTS EVEN THOUGH I AM NOT EATING POTATO CONTAIN FOOD. HOW CAN I AVOID THIS ALLERGY?

you go for test like TOTAL IG E and FULL ALLERGY TESTS INCLUDING FOOD ALLERGANS. THEN START IMMUNOTHERAPY. YOU HAVE MULTIPLE ALLERGY NOT ONLY POTATO.
