Hi!
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
The normal range for blood pressure is 120/80 mmhg and any number over this is considered high and need treatment.
As you can see her blood pressure is very high and I suggest you to take her to hospital.
If you don't treat acute hypertension it can leads to serious acute complications such as stroke because blood circulates in high pressure and small and thin arteries especially in brain may rupture and cause cerebral hemorrhage.
If you don't treat chronic hypertension it can cause serious damage in many organs such as kidney, heart and brain.

You need to understand that untreated hypertension is vary dangerous.
I strongly suggest to take her to see a doctor.

Hope it help.
Take care.
