How Serious A Situation Is Water Leakage And Shortness Of Uterus?

hi doctor..your answers are very practical. i have a question... now iam about 30 weeks pregnant.due to some water leakage and shortness of uterus, shehas adviced me duvalidone tablets, betnesol injection and Argipreg plus for fifteen days. my AFi is 15m, baby wt is 1400gms...could you please explain seriousness in my situation

Hi, do u have an active leakage or is it just a vaginal discharge? Your liquor vol 15mm seems to be adequate.. Shortness of cervix can lead to preterm labour.. For this betnesol will help for early lung maturity, duvadilan to prevent uterine contractions.. adequate bed rest in left lateral position along with high protein diet will help ur baby to gain weight..
