How Safe Is Using Propysalic Ointment In Hand Due To Psoriasis?

hi i am psoriosis patience sufering last 10 years.before i am using Propysalic Oitment NF but 4 month before i am taking AYURVEDA madicine now i am getting little changes in my body but in my hand i am suffering heavyly ,cai i use Propysalic ointment nf in my hand and head only

Hi. Propysalic is clobetasol and salicylic acid. Clobetasol
Is a potent steroid and is not meant for continuous use. You should give a gap of at least 1 week after 3 weeks. Use good emollients like moisturex cream Along with steroid. It will give better relief and reduce the need of steroids. If the lesions are affecting more than 20% of body, you need oral medications. Local medications alone wont help much in such cases
