hi
it is really under high risk to get operated for tonsillectomy with chronic heart disease, when antiplatelets like ecosporin & clopidrogel have to be stopped.
control of bleeding postoperatively is an important concern.
laser ablation or use of debrider may be helpful
or tonsillectomy under local anaesthesia with an an expert ent surgeon will be vey helpful.
the risk should be assessed by your treating cardiologist also.
all the best
take care
