Hi
I understand the gravity of the disease and your condition because I often meet 04 to 07 patients of piles in my clinic on daily basis who come there after using all the OTC products ( PILEX etc.) so any OTC product is NOT going to SOLVE your problem. Actually any disease of anal region ( including Piles) is very difficult to treat because it needs STRICT PRECAUTION in both DIETARY HABITS and LIFESTYLE. Such strict precautions are very difficult to follow but you are not left with any other choice and if the patient makes these precautions a part of his life, he gets TREATED EASILY ( but it TAKES TIME).

While treating a patient of piles, we consider following aspects -
1. DIGESTION of the patient must be corrected because it is the root cause of the disease as per Ayurveda.
2. STOOL of the patient should be made SOFT in order to avoid excessive pressure on the anal region.
3. BLEEDING should be stopped.
4. HEALING should be accelerated.

Medications ( Exercise, Food, Medicines....) are planned on the basis of above four criteria and patient gets TREATED in 06 - 12 - 18 MONTHS ( varies from patients to patients because of many FACTORS e.g. JOB factor. TRAVEL is and SLEEP may be a contributing factor in your case.).
To plan your exact treatment, I need to see your reports and a talk with you. If you can have PATIENCE TO FOLLOW what I advise you then give ONE YEAR OF PATIENCE and I'll make you FORGET IT.
Hope this answer will help you.
Kind regards....
