ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to health care magic,

Your infection may not be responding to the medication and you may have an acute sinus infection. Continue the medication, take steam inhalation and wait for a day or two for the symptoms to subside. If you do not get better you must get back to me or any ENT.

Hifenac is relatively safe but of course any medication reacts differently with different people so take only under guidance

regards

Dr Sriram Nathan
