Well I am having Vitamin D deficiency and attending Doctor prescribed to take at least 3 times a day Cobadex Forte . Secondly, I am feeling pain in my legs not in bones but in flash. Will Cobadex Forte still suitable for me to take 3 times a day. Chandani, India

Cobadex is mainly is vitamin B and less of vitamin D.
This medicine is to be taken once in a day.
You have to take some calcium and vitamin D supplement, available separately.
