How Safe Is Taking Canesten For Skin Infections?

I had Clingen Forte capsule and got skin rashes all over the body. Doc advice me to take Citrizine for 3 days. I am still having itching? Can you advice me some other medicine. Also doc prescribed me Canesten V6 for infection but i m little worried to use it. I am allergic to Augmentic and Ciplox TZ. Please also advice if Canesten does not have salt that could harm me?

Hi.
As per your case history you may be having fungal infection.
My treatment advice is -
1. You can apply canestan cream as it is an antifungal cream.
2. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine for itching.
3. Other treatment options are oral fluconazole, itraconazole and terbinafine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
