How Safe Is Taking Azoran And Balacol For Pancolitis?

Sir 35 year old male for pan colities i am taking Azoran 50mg tablet 3 no perday and Balacol 750mg 2 also morning and eveing . After taking only i am find good improvement. Stool only one time perday after taking this. This will give any side effects
