Hi there,
Thanks for using HCM.
Pantakind DSR 40 and Ursocol 300 are safe medications.
The pain in the middle of the chest could be due to gastroesophageal reflux disease and your doctor has prescribed Pantakind DSR 40 for that.

The Ursocol 300 he has prescribed is for the gallstones. But the definitive treatment for gallstones is surgery only.
