How Risky Is The Heart Surgery To Remove Extra Muscle?
my son has extra muscle by his heart next to his aorta valve...he is going for surgery to have the muscle removed...they said he will be back to regular activity in 4-6 weeks..........he is 11 yrs old and plays contact hockey.......is this a common procedure, exactly how risky is this?????
Dear am sorry for the surgery your son need to undertake but the risk is the same as any other cardiac surgery In your son surgery they will not have to work with particular risky heart part so the risk is even lower Hope your son will be fine Best regards
