How old must you be if you ever get diabetes ?

Just wondering how old you had to be to get diabetes? Can you be young or must you be old/middle aged? Sorry about the couple of diabetes questions I asks. I m just worried. How young? I weight 60kg and I am 14 but 15 this year. I think I also have a family history. Oh ya, how can you tell if you have diabetes? I eat quite alot of Chocolates Sweets. Please answer my other questions.

The age is not the only factor to decide whether or not you wil get diabetes. There are other factors that play a role like family history of diabetes, lifestyle, exercises levels, anddiet. You hav eto take care of all these factors. Also if you do worry about getting it, then you should speak to your doc, and get few tests done to see if yu are already a diabetic. Monitor these tests every year to maintain a check.
