Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Your ACL is partially injured, Try out the exercises, esp.hamstring exercises, & take precautions. If by these it doesn't resolve ,get examined by an arthroscopy surgeon, & get a fresh MRI done to find out exact status now.
