Im a 20 year old male. I go to the gym every morning to run and lift weights,I also do push ups and other exercises between sets. I have to jobs and get home around 5:30Am, my question is, how much time your I sleep to avoid getting sick? Is 4 hours of sleep good enough? I have stayed awake for 2 days without any problem, but I dont want my health to be a risk anymore,thanks in advance.
