How Much Is The Minimum Sleep Tome For Men?

Im a 20 year old male. I go to the gym every morning to run and lift weights,I also do push ups and other exercises between sets. I have to jobs and get home around 5:30Am, my question is, how much time your I sleep to avoid getting sick? Is 4 hours of sleep good enough? I have stayed awake for 2 days without any problem, but I dont want my health to be a risk anymore,thanks in advance.

Normal time for sleep in adult is 6 to 7 hours.

Sleep less than 5 hours may lead to physical and psychological problem in long term.

4 hour sleep is good enough for short period of time. But daily long term it may cause harm to body and body defenses.

Sleep is restoration function of our body and brain gets energy while we sleep.

So sleeping can cause refreshment and gives you energy for your daily schedule.

You may stay awake for 2 days but avoid it until it necessary.
Proper sleep can make you healthy and fresh.
