hi can plse tell me how many folic acid tablets to take per as i dnt understand the mg measurements. im 29 and i want to fall pregnant soon. thanks

it is not clear,why you want to take folic acid tablet,either any doctor has prescribed or some body suggested or you by your selves take.self medication is always to be avoided.
usual dose is of folic acid is twice a day.
