How Many Days Does Nicotine Take To Leave The Body?
Hello! I had a job interview yesterday dec.31, was not offered job yet,but I do know that I have to pass a urine nicotine test. I have quit smoking last Saturday ,except last night,New Years,I had one cigerrette! I know I have a least 8 more days before I would be asked to test. If I stay 100% smoke free,will I pass?

Nicotine leaves very fast... which is why the test is for the breakdown product cotinin. It has a half life of 12 to at most 20 hrs... so....... that's 1/2 to the tenth to 15th power.
