How Many Calories Does A Woman Really Need Each Day?

I have been dieting and cutting back on portion size for the last 3 months. Lately, I feel so sick when I eat anything. I can only take a few bites and I am too full. I have been keeping count of my calorie intake and most days I am under 800, some days way under. I am 21 year old female and I am 5ft 11 so I know this isn t enough calories to stay healthy. I am losing 2 lbs a week and I can see I am gaining muscle from working out, but I am afraid I am screwing up my metabolism. I am not sure how to fix this problem. I can t force myself to eat more than I already am, it makes me feel so sick.

hi. well as far as calories are concerned so they r diff for males and females. for females its between 2200 to 2400 kcal aprox and for males its upto 2800kcal. u must take good diet and hav exercise to have ideal BMI. take fresh juices , vegetables, fruits, meat, egg, milk and hava balanced diet rather than jst carbohydrate or jst protein or jst fat diet . u must have complete and balanced diet with exercise.
