Thanks for writing to health care magic.
A infant in the age group of 10 months can pass stool every time they have a meal.
Is there any blood or mucus in the stool?
Is the stool watery or in large quantity?
Does your child cry of pain while passing stool?
Is there any associated fever?
If there is any associated blood or mucus in the stool then we consider dysentry
and start on antibiotics.
If the stools are watery and large quantity we give ORS
to prevent dehydration
Hope this helps.
