How long you can take vitamin c avoiding any renal problem ?

I want to eat vitamin c(500mg) supplement per day in long time. Is it problem for renal . if problem, which mg is not problem? please details me.

You can take vit.c for long time, there is no harm.
You can take daily one vit.C 500 mg.

Vitamin c supplements are safe because vitamin c is a water soluble vitamin. If your s creat is normal then you can take it without problem. But what exactly is the reason behind why you want to take it
