General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of a car accident 6 days ago wherein you got injury over ankle and bruises on legs, have been nauseous since then, cleaning some stuff makes you more nauseous.
As per the history you have provided about an accident with car roll over, there can be an internal abdominal injury. Although you have not mentioned about any other symptoms like bloating, pain, constipation, inability to pass gases, these are also to be looked for.
When i doubt, the following things help us to get a proper diagnosis.
First of all, the contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
Clinical evaluation by a General Surgeon.
All these things help a proper diagnosis and treatment.
