How Long Will It Take To Treat Vestibular Neuritis?

I was diagnosed with vestibular neuritis about 8 weeks ago by an ENT. Still having some dizzyness and fullness in my ears daily. They feel like they need to pop. Do I need to go back or wait it out? Is there anything I can do? I have been going about my daily routine. How much longer will this possibly last?
