How Long Will Heroine Stay In The System?
my fiance has to go register for pretrial drug test today. yesterday he took 1/2 of $30 pack of heroine. how long does it stay in your system. whats the quickest way to get it out. does it show up as opiate. if he takes tramadol can he get a positive opiate test to cover up the heroine.

Heroin and its metabolites can easily be detected in the urine for 2 to 4 days. So there is a strong possibility that your fiance's drug test will be positive. He can try to take lots of water to hasten the excretion but I do not think it will solve his problem. Since heroin shows up in urine as morphine after a few hours, taking tramadol will not help him cover up his heroin intake as tramadol does not produce morphine as a metabolite.
