I was given a 10 mg Valium last night due to several major issues recently and it all came to a head last night. I had a major melt down.Today I was called for an interview and got the job that I so desperately want. I m going in Monday for a PPD and I m sure probably a urine. How long will that valium be in my system and is there anything I can do to flush it out. I am NOT a pill taker.
hi i did review your concern. Diazepam(valium) metabolizes in liver and its metabolite is excreted at a half life of 100 hours so for the complete drug to get of from body it would take about 400 hours, which would be like 15 -16 days. Detection depends on what type of test they use and you can tell them it was just a one off dose you took and not every day you use it. There are more chances they wont test. There is no better way to flush it out and it will go away on its own by body metabolism. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any more questions and concerns and please give me feedback about his condition. Wish you all the best! stay firm! stay positive!
