You just continue to take the tablet till you do not want your period. Once you are ready to have it, discontinue the pill.and you should get your period within 3-5 days.

You have PCOD and this would already result in menstrual irregularity, I wouldn't advise you to even take this pill as it can further irregularize your period, but this is entirely ypur decision.

Normally women with PCOS have irregular cycles.
It is much better to postpone the periods, rather than prepone them.
Progesterone preparations like meprate are often given.
If your doctor has advised it, then the contraindications would be ruled out by her.
Meprate can be started 5 days before your expected period, and then continued for as long as you wish to avoid bleeding.
Once you stop the drug, you will experience a withdrawal bleeding within 5 -7 days.
So accordingly you can plan the dates for taking Meprate.
if you are above 60 kg in weight, take 10 mg twice a day atleast.
If you weigh over 80 kg, 10 mg three times a day might be needed.
DO not skip any dose, as it would result in bleeding.
Yes, it can be safely taken for 15 - 20 days.
Please be prepared for a heavier than normal period when you stop.
