I have had diarrhea every second day for over a week. Just got over it again--I take Imodium when it happens, until it stops. What can I safely eat now? and how long should I wait before I do eat anything? I drink water, stay away from milk, even if it is Lactose Free(have lactose intolerance) don t drink sodas, or fruit drinks(sugar) But I need to eat some safe things so not to irritate things again.
