Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Glycomet is metformin and is the first line drug given for the treatment of polycystic ovarian disease. It should be continued lifelong.
Hyponidd and M2 tone do not have proven role in the treatment of polycystic ovarian disease.
She should do regular exercise and adopt lifestyle modification to lose weight.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
