How Long Post Intake Of Mifepristone And Misoprostol Will Bleeding Start?

Dear Sir, I want to abort an unwanted pregnancy of 5 weeks. I took mifepristone last nigh and going to take misoprostol 400mcg after 36 hours and then next day 200mcg and again day after that 200mcg. Is this the right procedure as it is suggested by the Pharmacist! Note : My bleeding hasn t start yet ! When will it start? Please advise, i am so tensed as i cant let my family involved in all this

Understand your concern
You have to take advice of gynecologist. Do not follow pharmacist suggestions. It should be done under observation of gynecologist after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by transvaginal sonography scan.
Do not use without proper guidance ass it cause erratic bleeding. excessive cramp, failure of abortion and abnormal development of pregnancy.
Following are the direction of use:
Day 1: 600 mg mifepristone orally after food
Day 3 (after 48 hour): 400 ug misoprostol should be put high in the vagina one by one by gynecologist. If required another 400 ug should be given after 4 hour that will be decide by gynnecologist
Day 7: follow up visit
Day 14: for safe practice, USG scan is required to confirm complete process of abortion
Abortion process will start 30-45 minutes after using last pill and will complete in 3-5 days as gradually bleeding and cramp will decrease.
As gynecologist consultancy process is confidential, your identity will keep secrete.
