i am 37 wks pregnant. i used marijuana to help with my morning sickness which i have had my entire pregnancy. i quit smoking 3 weeks ago. since then i slipped and took a couple of puffs a week after i quit.other than that i dont drink or smoke. i drink lots of water and eat healthy. how long does marijuana stay in a pregnant womans system. can i clean my systen naturally

Since you have used marijuana all through the pregnancy, there is a really high possibility that you will continue to test positive for it for at least two to three months after quitting.
