Hi Ma'am

With all due respect, its madness to leave a high BP unattended especially in your case in which there is a strong FAMILY HISTORY of CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE. You are quite young and i dont want you to suffer from any kind of cardiac ailment.
I would strongly recommend you to start your meds back again as well as implement life stlye changes also which include, Daily brisk morning walks for 45mins a day 5 days a week, low salt diet, STOP SMOKING if u do, avoid junk food, fibre rich diet.
Your target BP will be less than 140/90mmHg

Good Luck
