How Long Elevated Liver Enzymes Take To Come Back To Normal?

I have elevated liver enzymes and was wondering how long before they return to normal. AST and ALT were both elevated. I was on 2 muscle relaxers for TMJ And Tylenol for headaches. I stopped taking these meds and have taken nothing for about 9 days. I though I was feeling better but I ate a chocolate chip cookie and my stomach started aching and throbbing. Now I am swollen again and extremely tired.
