How Long Does Wound Take To Heal Completely After Removing Dead Warts?

I recently had plantar warts lasered and then the dead warts were dug out from my foot, there are a couple deep wounds that do not hurt too much. I put neosporin on them everyday, just wondering how long it should take for my foot to completely heal?

The area will take two to three weeks to heal completely. You may apply mupirocin cream twice daily instead of neomycin as neomycin can cause sensitisation. Mupirocin cream will prevent secondary infection and thereby increase healing process.
