How Long Does Testicle Pain After Spermatocele Removal Take To Subside?

Hi,8 months back I had a spermatecele removed from the left testicle. The pain was off and on over the years before hand,and the urologist said that was probably the cause,so he removed it last December.The feeling I get now is very similar,certain ways I sit,half stoops really cause it to flair up,definitly a nerve thing,Ive been on 800 ml 3 times a day motrin,helps a little,but doesn t seem to be going anywhere.I tried athletic supporter,which help a little,but is still there.Could there be scar tissue or something?The urologist checked it out a few times and says it s fine....may consider an ultrasound.The pain is either where it was at or right where the epiditimus connects,to the fingers all feels normal. How long do these usually take to subside?

Hi,Dear,Thanks for the query from you to my HCM Clinic.I have gone through your query and after indepth study on it, In My opinion-your testicle pain should not be there by now -after 8 mths of surgery. I would advise you to be frank with your operating surgeon-urologist.He would be the right expert in helping you out.But as you are worried to know why the pain still persists....?2 possiblities are there-1-Strangled nerve bundles in the operated area,2-Revision of Case-Diagnosis by the Same urologist / and third opinion from other expert-urologist.hope this would resolve your worrysome query for now.Wellcome-to my HCM Clinic for any more query.
