How Long Does Redness And Itching Due To Stopping Betnovate N Last?

.hi.i have same question ,i was been using betnovate n for 6 yrs now i m trying to stop it but redness and itching on my face starts after i stoped it.my face starts to burn if i use any mostuirising cream so thats why i m using cetaphil it prevent burn but still having redness problem under eyes and it looks very awful like a some kind of disease.pls help me out . how much time it takes betnovate n to get out of the system?

Betnovate is a topical cream and there is little systemic absorption into the blood stream.

The reason for the itching after the cream is discontinued would be due to the underlying skin condition.
This means that the itching is not related to the betnovate itself but the skin problem that you have.

It is possible that you have some form of dermatitis (inflammation of the skin).
There are different possible causes, it would be best to see a dermatologist to determine the cause and initiate treatment.
