How Long Does Recovery From Dengue Fever Take?
My son had dengue fever from last 5 days. Max temp is 102.7 degree before 2 days. He had fever upto 101 or 102 max twice a day. Doctor first gave calpol and maptal P. Day before yesterday he gave Mafkind forte only 2 doses are given till now. No temp. Now. All reports are ok. Even then doctor told us to admit my son. What should I do?

So better to admit your son for observation and to give intravenous fluid replacement according to body weight....
In dengue symptomatic management done with maibtainance of intravascular volume
After three to five days period no bleeding and report normal than you can be given discharge....
