If your friend has been diagnosed with HIV then she needs to get detailed investigations like the calculation of viral load according to which the ARV treatment is started.Also since it is a specialized treatment she has to meet the Physician in person and get investigated and treated.It will not be feasible to discuss the treatment on line.Hope you understand and consult a Physician.
