How Long Does It Take To Recover From Colostomy?
Hi , I am 31 year old male weight 56 kg, I gone through colostomy surgery due to my intestine inflected by TB and small pores are found in all many part of intestine and Dr. Prescribed me Fourcox tab 2 , Pentop 40 mg daily in morning empty stomach from last 1 month, Please provide me detail when I will get good response and able to go for reverse the colostomy.

Regarding how long it takes to recover from colostomy surgery due to intestinal tuberculosis and open pores followed by oral medications I will suggest at most 1month provided there is no associated infection
Though I did not understand what you mean by reverse the colostomy but all the same colostomy is usually accompanied by a colostomy bag which which will be removed if the area of the surgery is adequately healed
