you should not drink sunflower oil. instead use it in cooking purposes
you can use also safflower oil
in addition you should follow a good lifestyle
do regular exercise,breathing exercises,yoga
avoid junk fatty food
take more amount of green leafy veg and fruits
tale 7 to 8 hrs of sleep daily
take frequent small meals
