Hi, I broke my navicular in my wrist. Its been three months since I have worked out. How long before I get back to my original strength?

You have not mentioned that what treatment you undergone ? any plaster applied or not ?
Now go for physiotherapy of wrist to get normal movement and decreasing stiffness.
