How Long Does It Take For A Badly Bruised Hip That Is Swollen To Heal ?

I fell really hard on my left side. Right above my hip bruised really bad and was swollen. It was bruised for about a week. Now the bruising is just about gone but where the bruise was is very hard. It s not my bone because where I fell was above my hip bone. So what or why is it really hard ?

I would recommend you to get x ray to see if bone is normal. If there is n problem with the bone then you need hot water fomentation and Diclefenac ointment . Avoid sleeping on that side. Take Brufen for pain relief. It might take 2 more weeks .
