Understanding your concern. As per your query Lortab is opiate combination and it does not have very long half life which means half off the drug will be removed from body in just 4 hours.
It will completely removed from blood stream or stays very weekly till 24 hours.
In urine it will take around 4-5 days to get eliminated completely.
I would advise you to cancel your appointment as 12 hours is lesser duration of time. Although it is peek detected in 2-3 hours.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
Get Well Soon.
Best Wishes, Dr. Harry Maheshwari
