How Long Can I Take Lactare For Increasing Milk Production?

I have delivered a baby 2 months back. I don t produce much of milk... took lactare medicine for few days which helped upto some extent but as soon as I stopped taking it my bf milk doesn t produce much. Plz suggest how long can I take lactare. Is it safe

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Two capsules of Lactare can be taken 8 hourly for weeks together. Tab perinorm on 8 hourly basis for about three weeks is also effective in the lactation.

Effective sucking of the breast by the baby is the best stimulus for the enhancement of lactation. Take plenty of pulses and fluids.

Be relaxed and comfortable at the time of feeding. Feeding place should be quite comfortable with adequate privacy. Regular weight gain by the baby is the best indicator for the adequate milk production.
