How Long Can Regestrone Be Taken For Delaying Periods?

hi, my wife is 22 yrs old and she has been taking Regestrone (5mg) tablet once a day , for the last 45 days , to delay her period. we are presently travelling , out of our country , and she wishes to take the medication for 1 to 2 more months extra, till we return to our city. so how long can she safely take Regestrone ? is it safe to take it for total 3 months at a stretch?
