How Is Narco Test Done To Detect Lies ?

There is any test by which lie detect can be known. My wife lie regarding his relations before marr. but i want to know truth only. Tell me regarding the test medical like narco test,lie detect test.

there are test like lie detection ,narco analysis ,but they are done for medicolegal and forensic cases only .
and they also not 100%accurate .
it is not available for general public
so dont think abpot it
i think u should keep faith in ur wife .
everyone may or not have some past ,but past is past.
forget about it ,dont spoil ur present for past.
do ur wife not take care of u?
is she avoid u?
i am sure she will keep u well .
there is no medicine for suspicion .so dont think over it ,more u think more u disturb .
