How Is Hemangioma Conclusively Diagnosed?
My 17 year old son has been treated for asthma for over one year. His symptoms had not improved with medical therapy so a CT scan was ordered. I am told a mass was found in his lung and that this may be a hemangioma. We see our physician on Thursday. Can you tell me more?

hemangioma if it takes blood supply from an artery it is seen clearly in CT angio with contrast, as it blushes from artery with each heart beat
