How Is Chlamydia Transmitted?

ihave been tested positive for chlamydia i m married so i have only one partmer he denied having sex outside and affirm that the infection can be transmitted by dirty hands or a fly is that true i'm confused the fidelity is a big deal for us since we are muslims

Chlamydial infection is a sexually transmitted disease.
The variety of Chlamydial infection which transmits by flies is different from the sexually transmitted variety.
However, it is not possible to comment on fidelity.
Since, you are positive for Chlamydial infection, it is important to get the infection treated by appropriate antimicrobials.
Since the infection can be transmitted, barrier method of contraception should be used.
Your partner should also get tested for the infection and start treatment in case he is also positive.
