How Is HIV Treated?

Hi Doctor

I had unprotected coitus on day 2,4 and 5 after PEP for Hiv initiation with someone i later realised was hiv positive. I also missed a dose on day 6, other than that i have been 100% adherent to the prophylaxis and this is my 26th day, will pep be more effective for me after 28 days?

If you are HIV seroconverted person then go for standard of care 2NRTI+one NNRTI.If you are suspected then need not worry as even possibility of seroconvertion is less likely. If your partner agree, get her/His viral load and type of virus that will furter guide you for better prediction..
