How i will become fit with increased eosinophills?

sir ,i am too thin , i want to be fit, i have tonsils from my childhood and now a days i have my eosinophills increased. can you suggest me some ways to get rid of this

please have t3 t4 and tsh tested ,as hyperthyroidism may be a cause of you thinness ,and have with close with me after the result
