How Effective & Safe Is Valerian Root For Sleeplessness
dear doctor. ive been having trouble sleeping lately. im a 57 year old combat vet. i want to know about valerian root. the bottle says to take three 530mg caps before bedtime. it says for intensive use consult a doctor. does that mean i can take four. i just dont want to use prescription drugs to sleep. thankyou

In my opinion, you can take valerian roots as per requirement. If you get adequate sleep with even one capsule, you need not take extra ones.
