Hello,
Diet pills are really not the way to go. In order to get control of your weight long term you will need to permanently change your eating and lifestyle habits incorporating healthy, wholesome foods into your meal plan, getting rid of sugar/honey/junk food and begin an exercise program with both cardio and streght training. As far as a diet, in this limited amount of space, I can recommend the TLC total lifestyle change diet and you should be able to find this on the web if you do a search. It will give you pretty complete guidelines on how to permanently start on the road to losing wt and leading a healthy life. Green Tea has been known to stimulate the metabolism and may facilitate weight loss. Good luc to you!
